The ICARP IV process is coordinated by the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) and engages its partners in Arctic research to enable a community-wide undertaking. The process uses a bottom-up approach to engage Arctic researchers, policy makers, residents and stakeholders from around the world.
The ICARP IV International Steering Committee includes representatives of the partners currently engaged in the ICARP IV process, and will oversee the implementation of the ICARP IV process and provide intellectual and organizational support for the undertaking.
